WHAT THEY CAME WITH.
Over a hundred products, a price list in a spreadsheet, and customers who order the same twelve items every month by phone. A restaurant manager wanting to check whether a particular disinfectant is in stock had no way to look without calling.
A full webshop was the wrong answer. These are account customers on agreed terms — nobody wants to pay by card for a pallet of hygiene paper. What they needed was a catalogue that could be searched, and an order that arrived where they already talk.

The whole range, searchable
More than a hundred products with real detail, sorted the way a buyer thinks — by what they're cleaning, not by supplier.
Orders where they already are
A basket that ends in WhatsApp, Viber or email with the list attached. No checkout, no card, no new habit to learn.
Three languages, properly
Greek, English and Russian — the three languages Cyprus hospitality actually runs on, each written rather than machine-translated.
Sections for real segments
Dispensers, to-door delivery and yachting are separate routes in, because they are separate kinds of customer.
WHAT HAPPENED.
The catalogue became the price list. Instead of sending a spreadsheet, the team sends a link — and buyers browse the range instead of reordering the same twelve lines.
The trilingual build is the part worth stealing: on Cyprus, the language a buyer reads in is the language they buy in.
