The task
The salon behind KART Cosmetics is the official distributor of the Israeli brand in Cyprus and trains pedicure specialists. Its shop, kartcosmetics.cy, was a copy of the manufacturer's site: there was no Greek version, and when we checked the product pages in September they showed "0.00 €" and "Out of stock". Specialists from other towns had to order by private messages.
A catalogue you can buy from.
We rebuilt the catalogue around the way a specialist works: the professional line, home care, then burrs, caps, files, tools and consumables. 108 items, each with its code, volumes and a retail price in euros.
The product page keeps the full text from the manufacturer, the active ingredients and the INCI list behind tabs, so the price and the cart button stay on the first screen.
Professional prices in one message.
Specialists buy at their own prices, without registering. The cart has a switch: "I buy for myself" or "I am a specialist". A specialist picks the delivery and sends the whole list to WhatsApp as a ready message. The manager confirms the prices, the payment and the courier.
The Specialists page explains the deal up front: products sold only to professionals, a discount after the course and delivery across Cyprus in one to two days.

The salon teaches the KART restorative pedicure, and graduates buy KART products at a 40% discount. The course page sets out the programme, the practice on models, what a graduate receives and how to enrol through WhatsApp.
Articles that answer clients' questions.
We moved the old articles into a journal with filters: manicure, pedicure, ingredients, cosmetology. 18 pieces on cracked heels, nail fungus or pedicure for diabetics, written for the specialist and their clients.
